Pre-purchase Inspection
Your Lexus is given a comprehensive pre purchase/Quality inspection, conducted in the following manner.
The vehicle is raised on an autolift in the workshop and given a 94 point check, with reference to the Lexus’s vehicle specifications, which also includes:
- The wheels to be removed and brake rotors measured;
- The brake pad material is inspected and quality and longevity is recorded;
- Tyres and rim condition is inspected and reported;
- Report of general body condition including dents and paint imperfections;

Safety items such as:
- Seatbelts;
- Windscreen glass;
- Wiper mechanism and blades;
- Outstanding Lexus campaigns;
- Lighting and lens’s;
- Vehicle battery condition and charge capacity;
- Vehicle electronics and diagnostics.
The inspection check list consists of the following five fields:
- General walk-around inspection;
- Engine compartment components;
- Under vehicle (utilizing an autolift);
- Roadtest inspection, this also enables an evaluation of the performance of the engine and transmission/drive line;
- Final inspection and report.
