Shane Rigby - General Sales Manager

Shane has worked within the automotive industry for many years specifically within the prestige marque and works in the role of General Sales Manager at Lexus of Blackburn.  Shane brings with him a wealth of industry experience and an unsurpassed passion for all things Lexus and to top it off, you couldn't find a nicer man to deal with when purchasing a Lexus.

Simon Fiske - Sales Manager

Simon joined Lexus of Blackburn as a Sales Cadet in 2007 and after only 4 years, Simon was one of the top selling sales consultants in the country.  It is this success that lead to Simon being appointed Sales Manager in 2012.  Simon's easy going nature, product knowledge and a genuine interest in people makes him a great asset to our team and the brand alike.

Nathan Compagnino - Sales Cadet

Nathan, our Sales Cadet, has cars in his genes! A mechanic by trade "Cars are in my heart so I love helping people on their journey find their perfect car".  Nathan's dad has an IS 250 but Nathan's favourite is the IS-F - understandably! Nathan is a natural, and is fast becoming an invaluable member of the Lexus of Blackburn team.

Mark Loft - Sales Consultant

An Englishman with a self confessed gift of the gab, Mark hails from Yorkshire in the far north of England and arrived here as a backpacker - fell in love with the Lexus brand and hasn't looked back since!  Plus, Mark's dad is a salesperson so he has a reputation to uphold.  Mark's favourite Lexus is the GS 450h as it is "much more than just a car".

Robin Zhang - Sales Consultant

Hailing from China where he worked in Legal Services, Robin moved to Australia in 2007 he then undertook and completed an accounting degree at the ANU in Canberra.  His focus then shifted to the automotive industry, after which Robin then made the move to Melbourne to further his career. Robin prides himself on his professionalism and strives to meet and exceed customer expectations, every time. Robin is fluent in Mandarin and English.

Jordan Harrison - Sales Cadet

Moving from the position of Delivery Co-ordinator, Jordon has recently joined the sales team as Sales Cadet.  Jordan is young, enthusiastic and has proven himself within our business and this role is one he was chasing.  With a a strong work ethic and a great attitude, Jordan is on his way.

Bindi Kaur - Delivery Co-ordinator

Raised in Singapore and Malaysia, Bindi moved to Australia 4 years ago.  With a background in teaching Bindi has a passion for people.  Bindi takes on the role of Delivery Co-ordinator and will be talking to you from your vehicle purchase, through to the delivery of your new car!  Bindi's calm and patient nature and strong attention to detail makes her a valuable asset to our team.

Mahesh Kari - Business Manager

With a strong and extensive finance background Mahesh spent 3 years living and working in Japan where his interest in the Lexus brand was sparked.  Since commencing with Lexus of Blackburn, Mahesh is one of the most successful Business Managers in the country due to his commitment and dedication to always tailor a finance package to suit his client's needs and budgets.

Sean Barker - Parts & Accessories Manager

Affectionately known as 'The Quiet Achiever', Sean Barker has spent the last 7 years building the Lexus of Blackburn Parts and Accessories department from its early beginnings to the successful business that it is today.  Sean brings a professional, hard working and innovative approach to his team and this is reflected in everything he does and is able to achieve.

Ryan Shane - Service Manager

A familiar face to most of our Lexus owners, Ryan has been with Lexus of Blackburn in the role of Service Manager for the past 6 years.  A mechanic by trade, Ryan's expertise and knowledge coupled with his dedication and commitment to providing the highest level of customer service, is second to none.  And it is for this reason that the Lexus of Blackburn service department is consistently in the top percentage of dealerships for Customer Satisfaction ratings.  They are a busy department, but there is definitely no shortage of laughter and fun with Ryan's quick witted one liners!

Steve Tsatsalmas - Workshop Foreman

With 26 years experience behind him, there is no-one better qualified than Steve to head up our hard working team of technicians.  As a testament to Steve's leadership qualities his staff all have the highest respect and appreciate his light-hearted nature, great sense of humour and work ethic. 

Gavin Falken - Master Detailer

Responsible for the management of the Detailing team, Gavin has been with Lexus of Blackburn as Master Detailer for 6 years.  With extensive experience behind him working with prestige vehicles, Gavin and his team know exactly how to make your car shine. Hand washing an average of 20 cars per day to showroom standards makes them a very busy team, but they are never too busy to get it right every time. And, he even finds time to keep his own car immaculate! 

Des Philips - Service Advisor

Des began his career at Lexus of Blackburn as a Technician, however it was his desire to work in a more customer focused role that led him to the position of Service Advisor which he has held for the past 4 years.  With his background, Des has a wealth of technical knowledge and understanding of how the workshop operates and this translates into a seamless customer experience every time.

Kevin Hanrahan - Courtesy Driver

Kevin is the ultimate gentleman and will be the friendly face you will see when you arrange a pick up or drop off of your vehicle.  With many feathers in his cap, Kevin is also an avid photographer - so look out for him at the next Lexus of Blackburn event, he might just be the man behind the camera.
